Front desk staff was pleasant during check in, once I got to my room it had a very strong smell, transferred next door and you it was a similar faint smell (some type of chemical) second room had lamps but only one worked, kitchen light very dim, cover needs serious cleaning and bulbs need to be replaced. I was afraid to use closet light as it had no cover, one working bulb which kept flickering. Old dog toys under the bed, refrigerator was dirty.
