I picked this hotel because of its proximity to Dulles. Proximity and commute-wise, that was perfect (easy 7 minute drive) The front desk staff was never there when I went in, and check-in took forever because he had to come back from wherever he was with no apologies. I never saw a staff to check out after waiting 10 minutes in the lobby while there was a TV blaring in the employees’ back room.
