I was in the process of selling my home and buying a new construction home. I had been told that the new construction home would be more likely to close at the end of July 2024. While the buyers of my old home had agreed to rent my house back to me for a month, I realized that there would still be about a month where I would need some place to stay. I have stayed at the Milpitas Extended Stay America every time Im in the area, for years. Located in a nice area and its quiet for the most part. The staff has always been nice and accommodating. *** never had an issue with booking or being overcharged.Yes some of the rooms (not a lot) can have a smell sometimes (food or cigarettes) BUT this is an extended stay hotel and people stay for long periods of time, theyre going to be cooking and some break the no smoking rule so its no fault of the staff if smells get stuck in the ... read more
