Extra Charge Staff is great. Very friendly and they do their best to try to accommodate you. My only issue is when you arrive for check in their is always a price discrepancy. It changes a lot from what you originally booked. I had a few extra charges on my credit card that I'm still trying to fix. Oh and don't pay for the high speed internet, it is soooo not high speed, stick to the guest wifi

will stay again Hard to find parking. The rooms filled up quick. Kept having issues with billing. On the other hand, the staff was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and very quiet. All of my fed ex packages were delivered to my room by the staff.

Really nice for the price It might look like a cheap hotel but amenities for the money are excellent and in a great location close to all the right places like airport, restaurants withing walking distance and more. For me is home away from home. The only draw back they change the carpet floor to wood and is not as confi as before and matress are in the hard side. Besides that its all good.

Horrible absolutely awful. No bathroom door knob, bugs soon as we walked in. It was 8 hours till our flight , I would rather sleep in the airport.

First room they gave me had someone in it. Second room they gave me the door wouldn’t lock. The front desk lady said she was going to compensate me for a night for the issues I ran into and I didn’t get compensation. Then I tried checking out early and I asked if I could get a refund from the nights and they said yes so the time comes and I call to check out and they let me know I couldn’t do that.
Low class accommodations The clerk took forever to sign me in, there was no hair dryer in the room and no one to speak with in the morning. I got lost getting there and they were unable to assist me with good directions. I also realized that I paid more than their going rate, which surprised and disappointed me.
