I absolutely Loved ****. I thought she was amazing and she will be. The reason why I come back period I honestly thought she was the manager and I'm surprised that she's not the manager period she's a great girland very attentive. And just altogether amazing you guys gotta go with her period.

************** in ********** ** goes beyond the norm to please, help or do whatever to make your stay a good one. She stands out beyond a normal / average employee. *** deserve a Raise and a Five Star Employee rating!!!!!

Refusing to allow only me to upgrade to a suite in this hotel, with NO explanation. Taking a month and a half to call a plumber to fix my toilet and making me run all over this hotel to use the bathroom at all hours of the day and night. All the while I am paying this hotel 2k a month. My sink finally got fixed after a year of being broken, all the while your GM has done nothing. 2. I had a bad experience at Extended Stay America Independence involving the manager. I have a medically complex child. My kids father needed access to our room to assist with care. His room key stopped working, when he approached the front desk for assistance, he was met with unnecessary resistance and lack of professionalism. He presented 2 room keys, provided the room number as requested. When asked for the name on reservation, he responded ****** Family. I had a terrible experience with Extended Stay America in ********, **. The room was completely unacceptable and unsafe. Upon arrival, the ** was broken and the second room had a strong odor of cigarette and marijuana smoke, making it uninhabitable.I immediately brought this to managements attention and was told I would have to wait instead of being properly accommodated. I've been staying at this hotel for close of 7 months paying manually because my bank got hacked. I never complained here but we never had hot water for over 4 weeks. And now they're going to get me out because I can't pay with a credit card in my hand. This place is disgusting and has cockroaches everywhere there's cops all the time there's drugs being sold here it's embarrassing I'm scared to stay here and I'm glad I would like to leave but I would like to get some of my money back because this is ridiculous I didn't compl... read more

I HAD A COUPLE ISSUES WITH MY ROOM WITH THE WORSE BEING A TOILET THAT DIDN'T CLEAR THE ***** OUT. I HAD TO PLUNGED OUT THAT 3 TIMES IN ONE NIGHT AND ALSO NOTED THE ROOM WAS IN NEED OF MINOR REDOING. THE ROOM'S PAINT WAS ALL SCRATCHED UP, THE **** PAPERED ( HAVING A MAJORITY IN SEVERAL ROOMS,) IN DIRE NEED OF BEING PATCHED OR REPLACED. THE FURNITURE LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN GNAW BY DOG IN SEVERAL ROOMS. BOTTOM LINE: THE ROOM NEEDED A COMPLETE REMODEL. SORRY, EXTENDED STAY, JUST TRYING TO BE TRUTHFUL WITH MY OBSERVATIONS.
