Nice location and very close to the airport, but needs work. Bathroom sink is missing a towel hanger and only one garage can in the entire room.

I was going to leave a bad review at first, but the staff has changed that completely. When I originally checked in I thought the price was too high for my budget. But after a few days, I see that you get what you pay for here. There was a young gentleman at the front desk named ****, he always had a smile, and some kind of witty responce to keep things light, and not too serious. I love the hotel its always clean and quiet. I have been coming here very often for about two years. The manager, ****, is very familiar with me but sometimes she has an attitude problem. I never give her a problem the past two years Ive been here and sometimes she does give me a nasty attitude but I understand she probably does deal with a lot of BS but she treats me as if I leave the rooms trashy or Ive smoked in the room. Booked through a third party site months before our trip. Our flight was delayed and almost missed check in. I called ******* from the airport and she made sure that everything was taken care of for us. She was great!

Our family needed a place to stay while our home was being fixed. While here we were treated with respect and like family from all the staff. They were helpful and welcoming. Anytime we had an issue they fixed it immediately they even gave great recommendations for food places. We will remember our time there and make sure to come back to this specific location because we appreciate their customer service.

I have stayed at the extended stay hotel since December 31st.Ibhabw my family here and my dog as well until we find another home. Until then this is home away from home. The staff are very friendly. There is one staff that stands out the most Ms ****** , she is very professional and follows all rules. She will follow the policy and procedures of the company. This I can respect because I run a business as well. So I would want an employee like that. I thank the hotel for the comfort and cleanliness.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience at the extended stay suites on ****************. One of the GMs named *********, was awesome to help us get the best deal that we could get.
