Room not very clean, run down, beds noisy and uncomfortable

Water was coming up from under the flooring in the bathroom and it stunk. Told the girl at the front desk. She said that maintenance is gone until tomorrow. I told her that i needed to take a shower and her comment was, "Don't you have a shower mat?" I decided to stay ans id try to take a shower in the morning but i was greeted with two cockroaches in the tub. I refused to stay the next night and i only got reimbursed my pet fee.

This hotel was NASTY!!!! Our room smelled like cat pee. We really wanted to change hotels but we had already paid but we will never ever stay at this hotel again. We didn’t even sleep under the sheets cause it was so bad. I can’t express how bad and nasty it was!!!
