Please beware this site Ive been staying here two years and they are incompetent nobody can explain anything to you they charged me 100$ on one day late fee thats usually only 20$ and told me I had to pay it or get out and could not show me or explain to me why the charge was so much and this isnt the first time last year I had a fee of over 300$ for two days an then still had to pay for the week and they wouldnt explain that either the on site manager is related to the district manager and she will not call you back about h... read more

My first complaint is there was a dead bug in the washcloth that I was about to use to wash myself. Second they had the audacity to charge us $10 for parking but there was an abandoned vehicle (looks stolen), with a flat tire and run down rim. Parked in the back of the hotel like no one would notice.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences Ive ever had. There was a cockroach crawling up the bathroom wall, which immediately showed how poorly this place is maintained. The bed sheets were covered in visible stains, making the room feel filthy and completely unacceptable.The atmosphere around the property was also extremely sketchy. I figure this is the only way to possibly get any resolve after I've left multiple complaints at one of their locations. I have stayed at multiple locations and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I am a veteran and unfortunately for me, standing up and speaking up about the abuse I endured in the military, has put a ongoing target on my head and caused me to be the center of a massive, organized harassment network in which they are able to influence the behavior of anyone anywhere I go. On January 29 through the 30th I stayed at ********************* extended stay.theyvhad no hot water no television .they double charged my bank ! I have been fighting with them for a month now they refuse to give me my deposit back

Worst experience ever I recommend peoples do not go to ****************************************, this hotel is bad the manager that work on this site will worried about what you doing and you family doing by living at this hotel and then take your security deposit knowing on their policy that you supposed to get your security deposit while checking out of the room but that was not the case the case was that my security deposit went towards of what I was paying to them which was and did not make no sense to me, cuz I've been ... read more

This review is on the extended stay in ****************. Please do not stay there I am being very vocal and I mean every word that I say I am also pursuing legal action. Beware:I lived in the Chattanooga extended stay for over a year and when I lived upstairs everything was fine but when I moved downstairs thats when the bottom fell out I started seeing roaches I told them after seeing 2 that it needed to be sprayed I kept on telling them for months that it needed to be sprayed they kept saying we have you on the list but it was several months before they came out to spray and by then I was infected with bugs.
