I was charged for 2 nights stay via priceline. When I got there, was told I could not have the room and my reservation cancelled ,and I was told would have money refunded in 3-5 days. This was because my husband's wallet disappeared during the year he was in & out of ******************* I only had photo in my phone. So I told the desk clerk I would stay and he'd come back in am after we got him a newicense. She told me no, she'd already cancelled the room and refunded money. No refund ever given. Extended Stay hotel in *************************** is a c*** hole. The place is dirty and unsafe. One of our friends was assaulted there in the presence of children. We complained but they won't respond back. What a joke!

Poor customer service with no room service...you have to pay extra for that. No bathroom amenities...no coffee maker...no cups...nothing...would never stay in this brand hotel again.

I did not like my stay at all whatsoever. Room was infested with bugs crawling out the air conditioner, carpet, bed, bathroom. I immediately asked for a refund. Was not pleased with the stadium of this room for myself or my family.

The assistant that checked us in was very unfriendly. The room was dilapidated and had a horrible smell. There was coffee in the morning, but by the time we went back for a second cup it was gone. One bar of soap offered. Not shampoo or conditioner. Lots of shady people walking about. Won't be staying there again.

Was quoted one price but at check in it was significantly more. The pull out sofa broke in the middle of the night held by zip ties. There were never clean towels to exchange had to leave at front desk and wait couple hours for new ones. Kitchen adverts say its fully stocked but wasn't had to ask for each item. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The room smelled like old cigarette smoke, the floor was filthy - I put on brand new slipper socks and the entire bottom of my socks were black! There were holes in the wall, rust all over refrigerator, rips in the bedding, mold in the bathroom, and, mostly, the mattress was awful!
