Check in was nice..when I got in the room it smelled like a dirty mop. I could see how they tried to clean..in the morning when I woke up there was a live ***** in the bathroom when I was brushing my teeth..and when I was packing up I found 2 dead roaches. When I checked out I let them know and showed the pictures I took and all I got was an apology and mu receipt...the manager was standing nearby...I know I didn't ask but I should have received some kind of discount. But nothing...very disappointed

***** infestation. The Maintenance NEVER repaired my bathtub so that the k*** for shower/bath would go down. Residents with multiple dogs that do their biniss in the rocks, grass, sidewalks and nobody picks it up! Sketchy residents. Rude front desk employee named ****. She "fronts" when she realizes cameras are on. My room 105 was infested with BIG azz and smaller roaches! Had to move to a DIFFERENT room due to hip replacement this past Monday. Maintenace was informed of the shower issue FIVE weeks and 105 was NEVER sprayed ... read more

Didn't like anything. Place was a dump. Filthy floors and rugs, dog **** on wall, kitchen sink flopped like it was going to break off, ceiling patch falling down, shower wouldn't turn off, feet were black since floors were so filthy, had to ask for pots pans and dishes Teflon pans were flaking Teflon and scratched to h*** needed to be thrown out. People smoking Crack in hotel and parking lot. People staying there looked homeless Pay $30 more per night and stay at a nicer place.

Dirty room. The front desk clerk was rude to me the morning of July 18th at 6 am. Tried to get a new parking lot pass because I extended my stay. She told me come back later

Plus The room was a good size and well laid out.Minus The sink was dirty. It had a soapy scum at the bottom. The toilet was dirty. It had brown stains on it.For an extended stay hotel, it didn't have a dish, pot, pan, plate, or even a fork. What are they suppose to eat off of?I didn't like that we had to wait at the front door and call the desk to be let in. Then they put the cars behind a fence. My room was a disaster: Tiled floor, not carpet, that hadn't been mopped or swept in a loooong time, So-called non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes, so bad, the next day my clothing reeked of cigarette smoke, the bathroom had hair all over - tub, sink, counters, floor, is filled with very unsavory people, COST ME $104.85 for this dive for ONE night, and, finally it was poor customer service as the staff member, who didn't smile even once, when I complained about smoke, 'yeah, uh, sometimes people smoke anyway, it happens'. ... read more

Room 416. The room and hallway have a musty odor. The window panes are dirty, and the floor carpet is too old.

Smells bad, loud people/music, we were only there to sleep but would find it difficult to have that be my home all day. Needs ice machine.
