Would not stay again The manager was very rude and unacommedating. From the moment of check in she seemed to be inconvinced with having to check us in

A roach ran across the floor when we walked in, and there was a dead bug in the toilet. Not great!

It smelled like pickles and cigarettes I should have researched this place better. First of all, since there was a refrigerator and stove, I assumed there would be pans and dishes. No. Unless you pay $32. I was willing to do this, but the lady at the front did not know where they were. So I ended up going to Walmart. Secondly, it smelled like pickles and cigarettes in the halls and elevator, despite the signs saying not to smoke in common areas. Warning! The front desk is open only 8am to 8pm. Even though I called ahead to let them know we would be arriving 9:00 - 9:30 pm (as advised by the confirmation email), no one responded to any of the phone numbers listed to call for late check in or problems (posted by the phone outside the office) or to the number I had called earlier to advise of late arrival. Never again. Not a pleasant stay. The front desk person had to provide us towels as we were given none, and managed to fix our TV that wasn't turning on. She couldn't fix the telephone in the room-no dial tone, but she did clean our bathtub, since there was a ring of dirt around it. We appreciated the efforts she made to improve our experience. The room reeked of smoke, although it was a non-smoking floor. I was happy to use a 15% promo code to book the room, but even then, it just wasn't a good value.
Will not stay here again....everyone just pay the Xtra 20 dollar a nite to stay in a good hotel

Save your money and stay at a super 8. For $200 I got a room with a bed. At least at super 8 you get breakfast and room service to clean the room and change out the towels and for $200 a 4th night.

At least the price was good. I just needed a clean bed and shower. I got clothes that smell like smoke and a low-quality shower.
