I absolutely Loved ****. I thought she was amazing and she will be. The reason why I come back period I honestly thought she was the manager and I'm surprised that she's not the manager period she's a great girland very attentive. And just altogether amazing you guys gotta go with her period.

I would leave a negative if I could. I can send you pictures. Roaches. Nails sticking out of wall. A PILL BOTTLE under the bed. Not hot water. TV not working. No one there is competent or knows how to do their job. They dont care. Dont stay. Been trying to get a refund for almost a month. Reached out to corporate listened to me. But then still taking forever to follow through. We arent letting this go. Unacceptable. They said that room shouldnt have been in use? lol what? Its a hotel room! *** walk missing. I have traveled from ************* to ********, my very time being here. Traveled way over 38 hours to get here with my husband, our son and two cats. Was happy to find a hotel that is pet friendly as we encountered a miscommunication with another hotel that wasn't pet friendly. My husband found this hotel, it worked for us and the reviews seemed promising. As soon as we got in to settle, all I wanted was a shower after 4 days of traveling. Disabled Veteran and Church Minister Vehicle Vanalized and parts stolen with in first week of ownership. ** disabilty and service animal rights and Accommodations until lawfully denied and Veteran harassed. And Threatened 4 times.

They kicked us out of our room because we would not give them documentation for a service animal. By federal law we are not required to documentation for a service animal. This is protected by the **** The front desk clerk ******** is the one that has kicked us out for following the federal laws.

I HAD A COUPLE ISSUES WITH MY ROOM WITH THE WORSE BEING A TOILET THAT DIDN'T CLEAR THE ***** OUT. I HAD TO PLUNGED OUT THAT 3 TIMES IN ONE NIGHT AND ALSO NOTED THE ROOM WAS IN NEED OF MINOR REDOING. THE ROOM'S PAINT WAS ALL SCRATCHED UP, THE **** PAPERED ( HAVING A MAJORITY IN SEVERAL ROOMS,) IN DIRE NEED OF BEING PATCHED OR REPLACED. THE FURNITURE LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN GNAW BY DOG IN SEVERAL ROOMS. BOTTOM LINE: THE ROOM NEEDED A COMPLETE REMODEL. SORRY, EXTENDED STAY, JUST TRYING TO BE TRUTHFUL WITH MY OBSERVATIONS.
