Bare bones dorm style hotel, NOT worth the money. Room tidy but NOT clean, entire hotel reeks of cigarette smoke!! bed was terribly uncomfortable (very cheap thin mattress)

Upon arrival the front desk clerk was outside smoking. The facility all over had an odor, the room was supposed to be non-smoking but yet had an ashtray on the nightstand. There was a problem with expedia overbooking the hotel but a room was to be cleaned that had a vacancy last that evening. One of the pillow cases had not been changed and was visibly dirty and two bags of full trash were sitting in the hallway outside of the elevator the night of check in and in the same place the morning we left which had an odor as well.

After traveling 15 hours driving we got to the hotel only to be told we had to stand. From 10am until check in 3pm. We couldn't get a drink or use the restroom. The receptionist told us we had to walk a little bit, To another building To sit down or even get a drink of water including using the restroom. We did not stay.

All the fine makings of a roach motel Did not notice how dirty the floor was until walking on bare feet and seeing how the bottom of my feet became. I wore socks the remainder of my stay. There were also live roaches on the floor and tv stand, I killed probably 5 in total.

Not recommended Well, first impressions were not good! When we were checking in, my daughter and I were "greeted" with an unfriendly woman in a t-shirt.. After we were given the cards to our room, we went into the hall where the key card is required to enter the first (smoking floor) rooms and elevator are located. Often our guests who book through 3rd party sites such as hotels.com do not realize that we are an extended stay hotel so we do not offer a lot of things that your more traditional hotel would offer. Horrible stay I’m usually not picky but this entire hotel smelled like cigarettes, there was roaches in the room, and it seems the rooms never get swept of mopped. I had white socks and after walking around for 5 minutes they were black. Never staying in this chain of hotels.
