Be very careful at this hotel checked in on Sunday, July 14 and I was early because i was attending a convention down the road at the *** upon arriving I was told but the front desk employee that she would have to charge me for $10 for early check in there was no notification sent with my confirmation stating that I would be charged an additional fee, secondly it is no where on this company's website stating the same, there was no sign post on the wall and/or front counter stating the same I believe that this employee has be... read more

At check in their credit card system was having issues & I had to call my bank with the bank person literally having to tell the front desk clerk 5 times to restart the credit card machine that they were not receiving the transactions when I swiped my card, the hotel SMELLED HORRIBLE, website showed a pool but turns out they don't have one, the carpet in the room was wet, the bathroom door would not close, the counters were peeling & cracked, 2 towels in the room where 4 people where going to be staying & when I asked for mo... read more

We didn't stay long probably for 2-3 hours since our concert plans didn't work out. We ended up just leaving since the hotel was pretty sketchy with people who looked as if they were living there long term. Hotel had a smell. People who were staying there looked concerning. We didn't live far away, so we just decided to leave. We stayed in the **** location in ********** which we thought wouldn't be too bad, however we were pretty surprised.

Good - All the amenities were working great Bad - Breakfast wasn't provided - Check-in is unnecessarily strict. I arrived at 2:30PM and requested check-in. The room was available but the staff said that system wouldn't allow check-in even at 2:59PM.- Kitchen in the room was dirty

Stayed in the hotel fot 2 days. The experience we had was pretty bad. There was no hair dryer, no shower liners, no phone line. Had to go to lobby everytime if I needed anything. I had to install the shower liners by myself.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. we had 2 rooms.Rooms / bathroom were dirty. No cooking utilities. Room key did not work at the last night. It was after 10 pm. No one at the front desk anymore, the emergency was not answered. 1 guest had exact same problem. After calling the booking line, we got help after 40 min of waiting for a person who was clearly in the hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE. It was awful. Upon check in they could not get a key card to work for 30 minutes. Finally got it and left once to buy ice at a gas station and came back to key not working again. It was beyond frustrating. Breakfast was blah..... snacks really.

Staff was friendly and kind. Room was not very clean. There was 3 of us and we needed the 3rd person to sleep on the pull out sofa bed. There weren't any sheets on it. We were very tired after a long travel day, the third person ended up sleeping right on the sofa. The travel website advertised a continental breakfast. There was coffee, oatmeal, muffins and stale granola bars. I would not stay at this place again.

I left after checking in. The whole place is disgusting and unhygienic!!! There were actual bugs crawling on me at check-in. I showed the front desk clerk. Looked at the room, left and found a different hotel. Went back and cancelled reservation and they said I might be charged for the night, which was $43. Called my credit card and was charged $160. Was there only 5 minutes. I got a rate through the American cancer society because I'm getting intense radiation and the place is unhealthy and disgusting!!! Please reverse my c... read more
