The manager and front desk are never wanting to give a resolution when a complaint is made, a call return or update is never given the customer always has to follow up and find their own resolution to fixing a shower curtain issue (whole rod and screws were loosely attached when we checked in), getting clean linens/towels, remote control with tape loosely attaching batteries within, and dealing with cockroaches in the room. The wifi worked well, the air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. The property is dirty - from the front entrance, the doors and the lobby. Its an over utilized property that needs care. The bullet proof glass in the lobby was sad to see. The elevator was dirty - the walls and floor. The floors were sticky. The lighting is dim throughout the property and the room. The room was clean. The amenities are non existent. The kitchen is useless unless you by the pots and dishes to use it, and there is no coffee pot.

Air conditioning in my room did not work. It was probably 80 degrees and very humid. They did upgrade us to a different room for the night, which was good. However, the rooms were kind of dirty and they were completely out of clean towels. Disappointed in my stay after reading such great reviews beforehand.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Our check out time was 11AM, The Manager, *****************************, came into our hotel room and was watching us! I dont know if he was in there taking pictures of us, recording us, or watching us. We heard the door slam and he ran off. My husband called the front desk and the manager immediately knew and said im the manager it was me i went into the wrong room. Room have a bad smell...and the toilet was not flushing...We went for breakfast at 9:25am and there was no breakfast....

Old hotel, shuttle took 30 minutes or more each time it was needed. Many people just wondering around hotel. Smells disgusting and rooms need upgrading. There was fighting at lobby and police on scene. Just not a good experience over all.

It was the worst experience in my life.I am always traveling using Hotel.com and it was the first time I had problem with a hotel. First I arrived and they couldnt find my reservation, they didnt give me any solution. After insisting the front desk gave me a room that was reserved for another person. Arriving in the room it was with dusty on the furniture, no cups or silverware, the towels with hair. I was afraid to lay down on the bed. No breakfast only a coffee or hot chocolate offer.
