Employees were nice but they should have uniforms or wear more decent clothes because they were just wearing old worn out shirts. I requested for pots, pans, and a fork but they said they ran out. I requested for some hair conditioner but they didnt have any.

Extended Stay is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The only reason it got a 1 star was because the price was affordable but the conditions were so bad I would rather sleep in my car. First night, I went back to my car to sleep because the room was so disgusting and dirty, roaches everywhere, the *** remote, and phone were broken. Second night the receptionist moved my room to a better disgusting, dirty, ***** infested room. When I pulled the blanket back there was dirt all over the sheets underneath it. *** runs a fraudulent business. I asked to extend my stay for two more days at the weekly rate because I had stayed a full week already. She had her assistant look up the weekly rate, but decided to charge the daily rate stating that two more days does not constitute a week???I then told her I will not be staying two days and will check out the next day. Location was good for our purposes and our room was clean. I had reserved two rooms. Every person was required to show ID and give a phone number. (?!?)) I felt that was very intrusive as the reservation and payment was all on my card. The person checking us in simply said if we didnt like it, we could go elsewhere. We were worried it was too late to get a room elsewhere, so we stayed. Well, there are two star hotels and then there are two star hotels that are really really clean, Extended StayAmerica on 2100 South has clean rooms and kind of a dirty no, a very dirty exterior. I think they were just about to power wash after my two weeks stay but it was long overdue. The sidewalks and all the garbage cans get emptied and swept , but not scrubbed. I give this place a negative ************. One hotel room. 1. Doors propped open with rocks- probably because the key card deactivates constantly. 2. Anyone can come in. 3. Moldy black rubber seal on fridge that didnt seal. 4. Bathroom handles broken on both sides of the door. 5. Tub drain cover missing. We stayed at the ************ location. Except for the General Manager ******** our stay was horrendous. Totally unsafe I think 3 people died at the hotel during our stay. You couldnt go into the parking lot without witnessing a drug deal and the rooms, so dingy, dark and moldy. I could hear conversations from 5 rooms down. When we first checked in we had no hot water for 2 weeks, it seemed like someone was smoking in every room. Its really sad. ********* really trying to clean up the property, shell never make it. One of the worst stays ever. Room wreaked of cigarette smoke the 2 days there. The bathroom smelled like someone had previously smoked marijuana. Our granddaughters room didnt smell like that. The bathtub was disgusting.

The air conditioning was good. The bed was comfy but Id have liked another blanket but quit asking after I had no responses to anything else I asked or Id have to figure it out myself which I did.
