Clean , comfortable room with easy parking and check in. Early check ins are not permitted . Grab and go breakfast was quite limited but we grabbed coffee and nutrigrain bar and left!

The room was large The couch and chair were worn Not having a ice machine was a huge negative The people were slamming doors all night

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The room smelled like old cigarette smoke, the floor was filthy - I put on brand new slipper socks and the entire bottom of my socks were black! There were holes in the wall, rust all over refrigerator, rips in the bedding, mold in the bathroom, and, mostly, the mattress was awful! It was very used, lumpy everywhere and when I sat on it, it was only an inch high!!! There was no coffee maker, no utensils, no tissue, no dish soap, no ice, only 2 towels, no washcloth. Was quoted one price but at check in it was significantly more. The pull out sofa broke in the middle of the night held by zip ties. There were never clean towels to exchange had to leave at front desk and wait couple hours for new ones. Kitchen adverts say its fully stocked but wasn't had to ask for each item. No chairs for dining asked twice never had them available. The Tacoma South is extremely run down and very evident no money is put into it. The carpets were not clean. We have been staying every weekend for a month now due to my daughters illness. However this past weekend someone did some serious marijuana smoking in the elevators.

The room was clean and the staff was wonderful. ****** was a delight! My only issue was that the hotel has a no smoking policy, but there were cigarette ***** on the bed spread and couch. There was also a faint smell.

There were people smoking around every entrance area, vomiting outside the door, and the water pressure in the shower was very poor. Pillows were old and mattress sloped significantly
