Bed bugs, dirty, greasy rooms, mold and poor service. No response from customer service.

Poor customer service with no room service...you have to pay extra for that. No bathroom amenities...no coffee maker...no cups...nothing...would never stay in this brand hotel again.

The assistant that checked us in was very unfriendly. The room was dilapidated and had a horrible smell. There was coffee in the morning, but by the time we went back for a second cup it was gone. One bar of soap offered. Not shampoo or conditioner. Lots of shady people walking about. Won't be staying there again.

I did not like my stay at all whatsoever. Room was infested with bugs crawling out the air conditioner, carpet, bed, bathroom. I immediately asked for a refund. Was not pleased with the stadium of this room for myself or my family.

Our stay here was excellent! The staff was friendly and nice, the rooms were clean and tidy, everything was great. Its also a nice location where you can walk to ***** grocery store, restaurants and CVS. We would stay here again in the future. Thank you!

The staff is very accommodating and helpful!Everything we have requested has been provided or done. All maintenance requests have be taken care of immediately. The maintenance person is AMAZING!!!
