Fantastic hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Great and friendly staff.If you are staying in *******, the ************************************** is the place you want to be at.

We didn't stay long probably for 2-3 hours since our concert plans didn't work out. We ended up just leaving since the hotel was pretty sketchy with people who looked as if they were living there long term. Hotel had a smell. People who were staying there looked concerning. We didn't live far away, so we just decided to leave. We stayed in the **** location in ********** which we thought wouldn't be too bad, however we were pretty surprised.

Staff is always great, courteous and helpful. Only issue I had, and it really wasnt with them, washer number three didnt spin out water and the company who services them wasnt very helpful or courteous.

At first is was a nice room walked in clean looked nice then I got food and the roaches came out now giving that I didnt only see just one bug I saw 3-5 within a 10min period of time had to finish up the little food I had and throw everything away and clean up after myself so I will have to give it a 1 star roaches make a rather big impact

I will recommend this place and stay here again. I love the space, the cleanliness , location and affordability. The only 2 thing that I wasn't pleased with but weren't a deal breakers. There is 1 cart for luggages for the whole building and ended having several trips to the car to drop my stuff and the other thing can be fixed easily I think, it was the floor got a little damp due to moisture in the room , maybe a damp rid moisture removal might help with excess moisture, other than that I would come back. :-)

Staff was friendly and kind. Room was not very clean. There was 3 of us and we needed the 3rd person to sleep on the pull out sofa bed. There weren't any sheets on it. We were very tired after a long travel day, the third person ended up sleeping right on the sofa. The travel website advertised a continental breakfast. There was coffee, oatmeal, muffins and stale granola bars. I would not stay at this place again.
