Beware:I lived in the Chattanooga extended stay for over a year and when I lived upstairs everything was fine but when I moved downstairs thats when the bottom fell out I started seeing roaches I told them after seeing 2 that it needed to be sprayed I kept on telling them for months that it needed to be sprayed they kept saying we have you on the list but it was several months before they came out to spray and by then I was infected with bugs. I checked into Extended Stay America at *******************************************. Upon entering the lobby and *******, there was a strong, foul odor. There are cockroaches. The potential of pests transferring to your home is NOT worth the price of the stay. Upon check out, I told the receptionist ****** room 237 had roaches and she said she would make a note for pest control to spray the room. I really think the health department should get involved.

I booked reservations at Extended Stay America through *********. on Jan 24 for 1 night. Upon arrival there was no at the desk. A gentleman arrived shortly after. He pulled my reservation and I needed to pay $100 cash security deposit, which I did not have. He had no 1st floor room available and the elevator was out of service. I made the worst decision of my life by booking Extended Stay America ******************************. From the moment we arrived, things felt off. The front desk attendant was unfriendly and acted as if he didnt want to be there. There was also a strange, unpleasant smell in the lobby. When we entered our room, it was absolutely disgusting. My fianc and I stayed at this location multiple times, including Christmas Day and MLK Day, and the experience has consistently been unacceptable. The rooms often had unresolved maintenance issues, and we encountered unsanitary conditions more than once.
