My family and I are currently temporarily displaced and experiencing homelessness, and we have been staying at this hotel as part of our efforts to secure safe and stable shelter for our children. On December 5, 2025 at 12 pm we were ordered to leave the property without cause, despite having the funds to pay. Ive been living at this location as a last resort. During my stay Ive endured ***** infestation and questionable neighbor behavior. This past week the room rate jumped from around $298 a week to $400 with no warning. While the staff has been tremendous, whoever owns this facility should be ashamed. You are preying on a community that is living below the poverty line and already at risk. This further exasperates the problem; sending some into homelessness.

This hotel does not change all the linen for new guests. They only change the sheets and pillow cases. They put the brown blanket and the white coverlet back on the bed that the previous guests used. They only change the blankets if they have stains on them. This is very unsanitary and disgusting.

Unfortunately, a very bad experience. Dogs barking throughout the night, dirty floors, clogged sink and toilets. They will move you around to other rooms but will likely find something wrong with the next rooms. Front desk can be very rude when they are not tolerable. Workers will work in the middle of the night. No help is needed when you file a complaint because they will throw your complaint in the trash. There needs to be a way for them to fix these problems. BEDBUGS- I was traveling from **, and stayed here for a week. During that week I was bit by bed bugs, which Im allergic to, had to move rooms multiple times, the last room, the door didnt even work, you had to use something in the door to get in. Roaches and bugs everywhere. Not clean, they did comp me a room for 2 nights, but that is not sufficient. Cracked, scam extended stay customers for money by locking them out and asking for mo ey for nights the couldn't stay due to lock out. They gave my daughter who has stayed there over a month a verbal agreement to pay them on Friday ( her pay day) then locked her out on wendsday.. she had just started a new job and they agreed to give her a couple days to pay. Went outside to vape and took a **** right when I walked out. Manager asked me to step away which i already was. I told her that Ill just stop smoking because she said it with an attitude. The next day I go to extend my room and she said she didnt like the way I spoke to her and I responded that I didnt like what she said to me. She then said I needed to go and couldnt extended my room.

Im at the ****************** location and the manager ***** checked me out before and check me back in under a different name and billing address. Which the billing address was a address to there location that in ************. I never been to extended stay in ** so why is my invoice saying this and by him checking me out messed up my rates I payed 508 dollars the first month I been here 6weeks and I know i made a reservation every week. I decided to do some laundry. Let me ask you: how much money could charge you to wash or dry clothes that would make you angry? I mean spitting mad? I think *** did a survey and discovered the number which is --- wait for it -- FIVE BUCKS. Yup, and for s*** equipment that was mostly broken. The office told me to "call the number" if there was a problem with the laundry.
