We booked a King Room with Sleeper Sofa. The room was advertised as being fully equipped. When we arrived the door looked like it had been kicked in and the room was dirty with no kitchen supplies, toilet paper, enough towels or bed linens for the sleeper sofa. The night manager ran around finding us supplies. When it was time for bed, the sleeper sofa had no mattress and the night manager could not be found. I stayed at an Extended Stay America where the General Manager had a problem with dogs. Its supposed to be a pet friendly hotel. I have 2 service dogs that I brought with me and even though we disclosed during check in that we have 2, she said we only disclosed one and not as a service dog, but as a pet. She even accused me of hiding one dog even though when I spoke to her in person, both were with me. Staying this hotel is a problem, when something does not work it is a guarantee it will not be fixed. Don't stay for a extended time at this hotel, they will not clean your room until you leave.

My company that I work for book me in this godforsaken hotel first of all Im ************************************************************************************************************************************ theyre going to clean the room every week which they dont do Then theres cockroaches in the hotel room and the girls at the front desk besides play games with the entry cards so when I get to my room, the cards dont work. Checked in on JUNE 16, 2025 **** #*** around 11 am, sign paperwork and on this paperwork it states in bold larger print "NO Open Flame/Smoke - $300.00 Fine. On the front doors are stickers stating this is a smoking free zone, "smoking 100 feet from entrance. Yet when my daughter and I returned later this day to begin to bring our belongings not 5 feet from the door was a guest smoking weed and no one there to stop them. Don't stay at this hotel, the people that run the front desk and the property manager have no idea what they are even doing, I got several different amounts that I owed from the time I checked in to the time I checked out and when a close friend was going to help me pay for the 2 of the nights that I had stayed there for 3 weeks, they told him I was ok for 2 nights, about an hour later the property manager called and was threatening to ban me from renting with them again because according to her I didn't pay, even though my ... read more

We stayed at the Extended Stay in ***********- they should be required to post that most of the rooms are used as long term housing . Although there is not supposed to be any smoking allowed people live here and so if they are smokers they smoke in their rooms. There were roaches in our room and the smell of smoke coming in through the bathroom vent from the room next door. We reported this to the front desk and all they said was thanks for letting us know. At over $150/night one would expect so much more!

I was charged for 2 nights stay via priceline. When I got there, was told I could not have the room and my reservation cancelled ,and I was told would have money refunded in 3-5 days. This was because my husband's wallet disappeared during the year he was in & out of ******************* I only had photo in my phone. So I told the desk clerk I would stay and he'd come back in am after we got him a newicense. She told me no, she'd already cancelled the room and refunded money. No refund ever given. Extended Stay hotel in *************************** is a c*** hole. The place is dirty and unsafe. One of our friends was assaulted there in the presence of children. We complained but they won't respond back. What a joke!
