I am beyond disappointed with my stay at Extended Stay America Suites. Cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. The room was filthy, and it was obvious that proper cleaning had not been done.I personally carry a black light with me when staying at hotels, and what I saw was disturbing. The walls were dirty, the bed was stained and unclean, and the pull-out couch was absolutely disgusting. Terable you have employees attacking guests. Very dishonest staff. Do not pay cash they will take it and lie. ***** is very manipulative. She will lie to cover her own job.

This was most filthy nastiest Hotel we have ever. Stayed in service not friendly nor helpful. Full of bed bugs and Roaches and did admit to being aware of prior complaints and still placed us in those nasty dirty living quarters. Extended stay america *********, **. I have stayed here for over 2 years. I have been disrespected by the manager ******** ***** on many occasions. Threatned with Physical Violence by ******** *****. Assualted by friends of ******** J0nes. Overcharged by ******** *****. This whole hotel is in fested with roaches for over a year now. They have cleaned my room 1 time about 2 years ago. I was a guest at the ********* location and the ** Ram (short for some longer name that I do not know) was absolutely the worst person in this industry that I have ever met. I was told that we could not stay any longer due to an incident w the cops having to get involved. It was an issue with lost keys and my guest w me had thought that I had taken them. I am experiencing the worst experience in my life after being evicted. I have been nothing but nice to the management but at this point. I have complained about the smoking on the floor I have been staying on for over 6 months. My kids ha which is all under 5 years old have been sick now for over a month just constant coughing, I now believe one of them have bronchitis. I stayed at Extended Stay America hotel in **********, Ca., on the 14th of December, I have been dealing with bedbugs ever since. Ive never experienced this before and its cost me a lot of money trying to get rid of them. Yesterday, I had to buy new bedding for my truck, and some spray to get rid of them not to mention the room was supposed to be, according to the lady I spoke with on the phone, $153.00 and ended up costing me $181.00.!!! Horrible .. I Drove 5 hours got there around 11pm . Was moved to 3 different rooms because the keys did not work. Finally we get a room and the keys worked but it smelled horrible like fish so another room we go by now its past 1am ??. Only to get settled and sleeping to be woke being bit by Bed Bugs exhausted we pack up go to front desk tell them showed the the photos and asked for a refund to be Denied.
