Clean room but could smell “non-cigarettes” in the halls. The bed was very basic. No box springs and worn out mattress. Made for uncomfortable sleeping Overall. Room was cheap but for the price, ok. Would recommend they upgrade bed though as I won’t pick there again unless they do
Good location some of the employees need to go to customer service training they forget that you're paying to stay here.
Rude receptionist The receptionist was being very rude while checking in , when arrived she was fussing with other guest who were trying to check in. The stay was good but the receptionist attitude ruined the check in part.
This property was nice and clean. On the other hand it was noisy. I had to make a complaint about the people across the hall. We were in the second floor and they would use the stairs a lot but they would go out from 10:45 that night up till 4:30 that morning. Just in and out all night and morning long. I didn’t get any sleep that night from hearing their door open and shut al night long.
From the photos online it looks like a great place to stay. There were roaches crawling on our walls and the noise of dogs barking all night. I never felt clean, the room looks like it’s a place that someone would stay long term...
