Friendly staff Value place employees were very friendly and quick response for any need. The whole place was very clean.

Clean space, weekly-stay vibe Stayed with a seven-yr old, they didn't hold the room we reserved and service at the desk was slow, but I was really please with how clean the room was. Kitchenette is great, just plan to bring all your own stuff including towels if you are staying more than 2 days. It is a good deal for your money. PS be prepared for more of a worker, weekly-stay vibe than traditional holiday hotel vibe.

Good cheap hotel close to both beaches Cheap hotel with good amenities. About 10 mins away to both beaches and downtown Wilmington. Floors got dirty quickly. Kinda right for more than 2 people but cheap enough and okay staff.

Ideal hotel for budget travelers and those who don't want to pay for a lobby, or other hotel frills. Bring your own soap, shampoo and toothpaste. Totally no frills but an absolutely clean and comfortable hotel. I needed a place to sleep and shower while traveling in North Carolina and this hotel filled the bill.

Clean but lack amenities Called ahead since I was running late traveling from va.to n.c. my reservation was not listed on their guests list since this hotel rent rooms weekly instead of nightly. I was billed for 3 nights stay because I arrived late. This hotel does not recognize Expedia for making reservations as I was told by management. Make sure u bring your own utensils for cooking and a portable iron for pressing your clothes. YOU Have To Pay For Utensils to cook and any other amenities. Clean, affordable and centrally located We'll first the price made me really anxious. Then I decided to just take the plunge. The price point was so unbelievable that I stopped and purchased cleaning supplies and linen just about certain that I would have to come and do a deep clean as I had initially reserved for one week. It may not be fair to blame this Extended Stay for this situation especially considering how nice and helpful the lady at the front desk was. My home heater went out right before a huge cold spell and I needed to get us somewhere warm. I guess maybe it's a city ordinance but motels here won't rent a room to locals but it's not noted anywhere in the hotel policies. Very bad I don't recommend this hotel ever again to begin with the accesses to the doors don't work I was an hour to be able to enter the room there is no TV signal
