Staff was friendly but room was not clean, sink was clogged,and there was blood on the walls in the hallway!!! When i told the lady at the front desk only response i got was...”I’ll let my manager know”

Stealing money for nights not used!!!!! Was not happy with the fact that I was charged for days we were not at the hotel. Two rooms were booked for 6 nights while working on returning electrical power back to houses due to a snow storm and due to not knowing how long the guys would need the rooms. When we were done with our work, we checked out after 3 nights and was told due to the fact that we booked through Hotels.com, there was no refund given for the nights we were not using the rooms. I think that is very poor buisness... read more

Bad service. I booked a studio, but the kitchen was empty.
