Loud and broken down Noisy closet doors broken, Rack in closet broken Bathroom unclean, heater made terrible noise all night

Staff was friendly but room was not clean, sink was clogged,and there was blood on the walls in the hallway!!! When i told the lady at the front desk only response i got was...”I’ll let my manager know”

Stealing money for nights not used!!!!! Was not happy with the fact that I was charged for days we were not at the hotel. Two rooms were booked for 6 nights while working on returning electrical power back to houses due to a snow storm and due to not knowing how long the guys would need the rooms. When we were done with our work, we checked out after 3 nights and was told due to the fact that we booked through Hotels.com, there was no refund given for the nights we were not using the rooms. Bad service. I booked a studio, but the kitchen was empty.
