Rooms were not very clean. Beds were uncomfortable. Called the front desk to get some plates and utensils and they never delivered it. Had to call multiple times. The grab and go breakfast was just disappointing. The granola bars were expired and the choices were grim. The hallways and elevator had a constant bad odor. Would not recommend this place.

I had a problem with cleanliness. They surface clean only. The ceiling apparently leaked at some point and a terrible patch job was over my bed. I moved the refrigerator to unplug and lots of garbage under. The walls need paint, windows washed . Over all just needs a good industrial cleaning job with paint. Just worn out looking .

Poor choice of Extended Stay We only stayed one night and my father paid for it on his credit card and not the one I used for hotels.com. The ceiling and walls were in bad shape and the closet door was off it's track.

I will never use Expedia again to book a trip. I paid $200 a night to stay in a homeless shelter. The rooms were not clean and they smelled of smoke though it was suppose to be a non-smoking room. There was garbage in the hallways. The "free" breakfast was snacks and some coffee. The side door did not lock and there were bikes locked in the stairwell. Won't be an extended stay for me Terrible check in experience had to wait at the counter for nearly 30 min before someone came to the front desk. Gave me a room key to the wrong room and I walked in on someone else in their room. Seems to be a number of folks on the seedier side of life staying here. Was planning to stay at the hotel for an extended stay, but I'll be cutting it short.
