The worst hotel stay ever!!!’ Hotel has new owners since my last stay. It was horrible. There was an sour odor coming from the carpet. I had to go and buy some carpet fresh. They use to offer the best breakfast, eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels etc.,but now breakfast was on a rolling cart. You have to bring your dirty towels to the front desk and ask for clean ones. I will never stay here again!!’

The rooms need work. They were dirty. I had to move several times. This was a disappointment.

Not what I expected The staff was pleasant which is always great, but when I checked in I was told there is no house keeping and if I needed new towels and blankets I would have to come see them to get them and it was true we spent (3) nights and no one came to empty the trash, remake the bed or give clean towel and you expect staying in a hotel. Our Stay at Extended Stay America One of two working elevators, not available most of our stay;had to use stairs to 3rd floor Issued one key, though requested two, and had to be inserted up to 9 times to all doors in hotel. Room door had to be bodily rammed to enter, which I endured bruising on shoulder, hip and knee, and was LOUD to other customers, and reported 4 times, and told someone would address it, but no one ever did. Terrible Stay! Many bugs in room dead and live spiders black. Stained shower , looked very dirty! Hallways smelled like piss. Dogs barking everywhere, smelled like animals in room and out. Non smoking room but smelled like smoke and burnt spots in bathroom from cigarettes. No iron in room had to call for one then attendant bring me a broken one but says it heats up at least. Barking dogs in adjacent rooms most of two nights. Staff unable to stop the problem. Otherwise it might of been a good stay.

The hotel was completely booked/full, and yet there was just one person attending to everything -- front desk, phones, room maintenance and housekeeping. Shame on the management. My room had a toilet leaking all over the floors...and door handle that pulled off the door....no kitchenware in the kitchenette.

Affordable rate, smelly building Some rooms in the hotel are still smoking allowed. Exercise facility is a Center down the street, which was nice but not as convenient as on-site. Expedia listed breakfast— instant oatmeal, granola bars, muffins (grab n go) and coffee was the extent.
