The rooms are very outdated the bathrooms could’ve been cleaner The bathtub was disgusting I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

No Room service for short stays You have to go to the front desk to get clean towels daily It is deceiving to say breakfast provided you only got coffe and a granola bar Not my definition of breakfast Hotel also rents excess rooms to CT Section 8 people When we checked in around 8PM the front area was crowded with several men smoking and the area stunk of smoke Not a very comfitible and good welcome Would not rent at this hotel again Not family frendly

One and Done very old and would not go back

Worst hotel ever Ok hands down the worst hotel i have ever stayed at, period. No toiletries, dirty stained sheets( in multiple rooms, i got moved because first room was so bad), and to top it off bed bugs. I beg you to not stay here ever go anywhere else in shelton this was awful.

It was clean. But there was little support for handicapped guests and the room was uninviting. No comfortable seating and limited TV channels. Items provided for housekeeping were scanty. I didn't feel good leaving my mom in the room for the day while I went to work. The bathroom was so tiny she couldn't close the door .

The last 2 times I stayed there I had to switch rooms because it smelled so bad because of someone smoking in that room. It was supposed to be a non smoking room.

I was in the process of moving and I thought Extended Stay would be a good choice. I stayed for a month, but I won’t return. The hotel is run down and not kept clean. I saw garbage thrown in the bushes and in the parking lot everyday. I saw drug paraphernalia on the sidewalk outside the back door. The blankets had cigarette holes in them. Breakfast was mediocre. Just coffee, muffins and granola bars. A few times I was woken up in the middle of the night from yelling in the building and in the parking lot. I didn’t feel safe ... read more
