Amazing staff My stay is always amazing there n this weekend I was gifted with an amazing room I really loved it, it was so beautiful n it was a nice surprise been down on my luck lately so the beautiful staff n room really added a bright spot in my life, thank you to all the staff at extended stay Somerset u guys r amazing

Happy with the room but not with the service. No coffee pot in the room.asked at the front desk and was told they were out. I asked for dishes. I hot alk mismatched plates. I was not happy. Why am I paying for servicrs Im not getting?
