Happy with the room but not with the service. No coffee pot in the room.asked at the front desk and was told they were out. I asked for dishes. I hot alk mismatched plates. I was not happy. Why am I paying for servicrs Im not getting?

I needed to book the hotel in a hurry and didn't have time to check all the amenities but I was surprised to see that they didn't have a rudimentary gym with a simple treadmill or two. The vending machine is only on the first floor, I had issues with it and the front desk staff had to step in. Also what is up with no tissues in the room? And finally I had expected an info sheet about local places to eat and shop, sure I can get that on my phone by asking what is near me, but it standard in so many places I found it odd that ... read more
