The air conditioning is not working and the staff wasn’t cooperative to help.
Seamed run down, but for the price it is expected. Recliner was broken, refrigerator looked at least 30 years of use.
Never again Room was dirty .... stains on furniture Bed very uncomfortable... very small tv ...
Stayed at room 301 and was very disgusted and disappointed. The Kitchen stove and Microwave was rusted and uncleaned. Laminate floor was sticky and carpet looks very dirty. Lamps are super dusty. Washroom curtain rods on both ends are loosely attached to the wall, curtain keeps sliding in the middle, shower heads is in a verge falling off. The room and hallway has a weird smell. Hotel truly shows the typical "affordable" amenities. Paid 140 CDN per night and was going to stay for 3 night, but for extra 25.00 CDN, I cancelled... read more
Horrible place and discussing!!! This place was discussing abc shouldn’t be opened. I have pictures of blood on my so say clean sheets and holes in the walls. And also the hallways noise is crazy and people smoking weeded in the hallways the worst ever never again to the point I checked out the next day didn’t stay the full time who can sleep in a place like this!!! I will Be contracting the manager as this isnt up to code!!!
Poor customer service Had to go down to the desk for dishes and half the towels. Heating system was erratic bathroom exhaust fan was very noisy in the Next Room a dog barked all night and crapped in hallway and it stay there for at least two days put it this way it was there when we left enjoy the extended stay hotels but not this one
No thank you The room smelled of heavy smoke. Burn stains on the sick in the bathroom. Hair and smelled of smoked despite my own efforts of trying to freshen the room
