First thing when i got there, wasnt a tv remote, not the biggest deal. But i also got a suite, was supposed to have a working fridge and freezer. Neither worked, causing me to have to spend double what i expected on food costs. I couldnt tell you if the burners work as i didnt even waste time trying. Way too expensive for what it is and even my dog didnt feel safe walking into the building. i wouldnt recommended this place to anyone.

From the beginning.Edna made check in easy and pleasurable.my whole stay was great and the staff was accommodating next time in St Louis I'll be. Staying at extended stay AM Thank you

The staff were terrible honestly. They lied about the most simple things. I was put in 2 separate rooms both had broken security locks which I absolutely needed for my children they did not care. Unfortunately I just finished my stay there but would I do it again? Absolutely not! I specifically booked this hotel for the things they said they offered and they had none not even a baby crib it was terrible!

Wish I had spent a few more dollars to for a better option. I was only there for a few hours for an early morning flight. The place is noisy, bathroom sink had a slow drain, bath tub area was rusted, the sheets didn’t look clean and YIKES, saw a bug. Person at the front desk was very nice. Wouldn't recommend.

I didn’t like that my stove didn’t work properly and that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned the toilet was nasty and so was the tub it was stopped up and there were dirty towels left behind I didn’t like there wasn’t any breakfast and that was advertised
