PLEASED TRAVELERS Staff was personable and courteous; our refrigerator was not working in our room and we were immediately moved to a room with a working refrigerator. Everyone was approachable and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Disappointed Bed very comfortable, stains on pillow/pillowcase. Garbage left on bathroom floor and in can..partial roll of toilet paper-none on reserve (thank goodness I carry my own) tub and sink dirty and clogged (maybe if they cleaned it they would know), my husband had to go to front desk to get a plunger and fix them both...refrigerator had sticky residue inside. One washcloth. Did not expect top notch breakfast, but, some fruit and juice would have been nice to go along with the Muffins and granola bars.

Really wasn’t bad remodeling so everything isn’t up to par , but it wasn’t bad a all

Disappointed It seems people live in this hotel it’s more like apartments not really a hotel. Interior very outdated and run down. Exterior was nice. Feel like $124 for one night here was high. More like a $60-$70 hotel.

The property was old, and smelled bad. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast consisted of packaged muffins and there was no coffee in the lobby or the room.

My stay was short .. the main reason I choose Extended Stay is the shuttle to and from the airport. Also the kitchenette. I slept well. The room across from mines their was a lot of arguing.. management did knock at the door a few times to quiet them down besides that the stay was what I needed.
