The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The one drawback about the property was that there is no ice machine.

Great service on check-in, even though it was after midnight. We called ahead of time to let them know we would be arriving after midnight because of flight delays, to enure the reservation was not canceled, and/or that our room would not be given to another. The gentleman on the phone assured us that it would be just fine, and he would be the one checking us in. Made us feel at ease during an already stressful, long, and hectic travel time.
