Room for improvement No hot water in shower Internet did not work

February business trip The staff was pleasant and very kind. However the room was not very clean, I had to request all of the kitchen supplies, the cleaning service was once a week and I would have to pay for it. Additionally there were no paper towel for the kitchen and no hangers in the closet even though it is designed for longer trips.

Horrible customer service. The room was fine just to sleep, but the blow dryer was broken. We called and they said to come down to the desk to get a new one and when my husband went down he waited for 10 minutes for someone to show up and they never did. The “breakfast” was only granola bars and coffee and once again when we had to check out we waited for 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to assist us.

Horrible place to stay When I walked into hotel I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone approached me. Hallways carpet was stained. When I walked into the room first I smelled bleach which I thought they must just cleaned it. Bedding wasn’t changed from previous customer, it was just tucked under. I went back to receptionist and asked her to come up to the room, she came up and saw what I was talking about the bed, she did change the entire bedding. Missed the breakfast and lots of odors! For the price it wasn't a good deal. Of all the other motels we stayed at with comparable rates each of them served a full breakfast in the morning. Upon arriving there was a distinct odor in the hallway that someone was cooking something very odiferous in their room.

Not very pleased but decent if you need a 1 night The room smelled funny, their was a stain on the counter and hair in the bathroom sink.

My room had a leaking air conditioner and mildew The entire carpet was soaked with water from the leaking air conditioner. Hotel staff refused to move me to another room. I spent my weekend in a foul smelling room. All of my clothing, luggage, and even my hair smelled like mildew.

Very disappointed and will not return The employees didn't know what they were doing or how to check people in for their stay. We waited almost an hour to get checked into our room. Two groups in front of us were told they over booked the hotel and had no rooms for them. The room smelled terrible and their was a pizza left in the refrigerator from the previous guest. So I'm not sure our room was even cleaned thoroughly. Very disappointed in this hotel and will not be booking one again.
