The staff were very nice. Our room smelled like smoke. There wasn’t a hair dryer. The Fully furnished” kitchen was if you went downstairs and requested kitchen/dining ware.

Property in poor condition. One elevator broken with permanent out of order sign affixed. No ice machine. Breakfast skimpy ( no yogurt, water, fresh coffee). Group of younger smokers hanging out at front door. Property needs some management attention.

For a quick 1 night stay before surgery it was fine. However, one elevator didn’t work. The other elevator made noise like it was about to break down. The shower faucet was placed on backwards. We didn't think we had hot water at first. You had to turn it to cold for the hot.

Positive experience My stay was rather short as time only allowed for me to spend a few hours per day and to get showered due to personal business obligations. The staff that greeted me on arrival was very nice and helpful. She went above and beyond with helping me get checked in.
