Pets smell The room smells terrible. I'm not sure whether the pets left something in the room, it smells. Even the front desk told me the room just shampoo, the pet's smell is not covered. I booked 2 nights, have to change my schedule. The location is fine.

Overpriced for what it is. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and very polite at check in and helped with the small requests I had. The room had empty beer cans under the sink and the toilet wasn’t flushing properly. Other Extended Stay Hotels I’ve stayed at have had dishwater and glasses. There was none, also I bought some wine to u wind and had the front desk searching for a wine glass in their break room. Dingy smelly hotel I reserved a non smoking room but the entire 3rd floor reeked of cigarette smoke as did my room. The amenities seemed old and dingy, the bed was not comfortable, I could hear people in the hallway all night. The so called free breakfast was nothing more than coffee and some packaged muffins and granola bars. I would never recommend this place nor stay here again.

Convenience and budget were my priority. I stayed at ESA twice before and the accommodations were similar. But they don't offer room service unless requested. And they charge extra for it here in Stockton. Service was mediocre at best. The free morning breakfast is just tea/coffee and oatmeal. No juice, milk or any other breakfast items except granola bars and oatmeal.

Extended stay Stockton CA My stay was pretty bad the condition of the hotel was fair. The service was the awful part. The staff is mostly rude and unhelpful.

Close to shops and restaurants. Had to wait over an hour after arrival before we could check in. We were told they were under staffed. No toilet paper in the bathroom, had to request.

Terrible smell. The room had a terrible smell. We asked to move, but the other rooms fridge wasn't working and we needed it. We didn't want to Ben a pain, so went back to the smelly room. After three days, we checked out early. Didn't feel clean at all. Food still in fridge from previous guest. Floors sticky. Staff was very nice and helpful, but won't stay again. Still felt safer than the La Quinta next door though.
