The hallway/common area smells as if the carpets need deep cleaning.

The Staff And Service Was Awful...I Was Accused Of Smoking In A Room When I Really Didn’t All Because I Asked To Be Moved Rooms...So Instead Of Moving Me I Was DNRd An Givin A Refund That Still Hasn’t Been Placed Back On My Card Athough It’s Been Days Since They Claim They Returned My Funds... So Not Only Was I Not Accomidated I Was Also Robbed...Smh Never Again...I Hope You Have A Better Experience There Though But I Myself Will Never Return But Authorities Will About My Money Soon Enough...

The hotel itself was a decent facility, the staff was unpleasant, and I was also charged with a $250 fee that no one has been able to justify for me -- I don't smoke and the room was not harmed or a mess.

Find any other hotel to stay in Stockton. Never complained about a hotel before and I travel monthly. Unknowingly, I booked the last room in the hotel, Room 101. Full of smoke smell. Front desk person was very nice and she gave me some Febreze to use. Didn’t help at all. Couldn’t control the thermostat. It stayed on 79 degrees all night. Stains on the walls, chips in the countertops. No utensils or cups in the room. Has to ask the front desk for a plastic cup. Stated continental breakfast but that was not available. Never brought new towels or made beds so no room service, no ice machine, plastic ice trays in freezer in room. Very disappointing stay. Will not stay there again. Concerned about what Expedia wrote regarding breakfast, it did not match with what was available.
