Room smelled horrible. Floors were sticky. Looked like a motel not a hotel. Disappointing.

Checked into a room which I did not request, reserved a king bed instead got 2 double beds. Room was a mess and NOT cleaned/serviced by housekeeping. I was told by the front desk this was their ONLY room available and the only thing they could offer was clean linens but not to clean the room. Horrible experience I was in town for a family funeral. I also had my 5yr old daughter w/ me & was forced to call surrounding hotels to find a room. Very bad customer service. Never again!

Do Not Stay Here We had to move hotels... There were bed bugs and the rooms were not clean. There seems to be a lot of long term residents living at the hotel.

Disappointed. Kitchenette is empty. No coffee pot, cups, etc. You have to ask for them to be delivered to your room. Grab and go breakfast is a packaged muffin, granola bar, instant oatmeal and coffee. No security in parking lot. Contractor was carting all of his tools into the hotel because he couldn’t leave them in the truck. Very disappointed.

What I did not like was it needed to be updated. I also did not like that I booked it through Expedia and upon arrival they stated they were full. I ended up in a smoking room. Smelt right fully so because it was for smoking. Staff was great. They did the best they could.
