Horrible customer service, especially Monica. Surrounding area was sketchy, lobby was dirty. Rooms we're okay at best. Will never be back.

Reservations don't mean anything here... I had a reservation for a room with two beds I made a little less than a week in advance. When my daughter and her mother got there Extended Stays did not have a room with two beds available and did not have a roll-away bed available either. The clerk was less than helpful and could care less about the mix-up. My daughter and her mom ended up at a roach infested Motel 6. I will be contacting management about this.

Not happy Wasn’t happy. My reservation was over booked and didn’t get the room I booked. My daughter had to sleep on the floor. Cause I only got a queen bed and was supposed to get 2 full beds

Room was dirty, floor was still wet, like just "cleaned". I was made aware about housekeeping being short, which I do understand.... There was a dispite between a couple, that should have been escourted outside. Cops were finally callled. I could smell someine smoking pot from our room. Just nit the experiance I was hoping fir. I have stayed at these hotels before witb nk problems

The hotel is run down and tired. Trash in the elevator, dirty floors throughout. Front desk clerk was more interested in talking to their friend, then checking me in. Was given a room on the first fooor, with cars parked next to the window. Inquired about another room, and was told there were none. Checked Expedia and low and behold...there were 3 other rooms. Asked again and was moved. Next time I’ll pay more and stay somewhere else.
