Our room was great but the bed and floor was horrible BED WAS EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE!! Floor was dirty Easy check in and check out Size of the room

quiet and nice location needs better housekeeping my first room wasn’t clean at all it was urine all around the toilet I the bathroom hair in the shower and sheets had not been changed location and amenities

The worst hotel experience of my life. Staffing was horrible. We got locked out of our room and we walked the entire campus for over an hour at 2 in the morning. There was a note on the front desk saying “currently helping a customer” when in fact the man working was in the back sleeping the whole time. This was absolutely unacceptable and we were up for hours until he finally came out after we had been yelling at the top of our lungs for him to wake up. Poor Room wasn’t that clean. Hair all over the room. Didn’t smell fresh. Wasn’t impressed. First of all the elevator didn’t work so I had to lug my bags up to the 2nd floor. I checked in at 1 am Sunday morning due to my plane being delayed and then no rental cars, but despite all that I was charged 250 for the room for the previous night. Then 200 for the next night.

Poor No working elevator. Had to use stairwell that at first had dried vomit and next morning had liquid diarrhea.
