Incredible Staff, But the Facility Needs Attention I can’t say enough good things about the customer service at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond. I had heard horror stories about Norcross AFTER I had already booked and paid for my room but they weren't true. I had a very nice, clean and spacious room and EVERYONE, staff and other guests were polite, respectful and cordial. I will DEFINITELY stay there next time I'm in town
