Worst extended stay When we got there, they were still cleaning the room so we left for an hour and came back. When we got to the room it was warm so I tried lowering the thermostat. The floors looked as if the had not been vacuumed and couch had stains and was wore out. The temperature did not get cooler so I notified the front desk. Maintenance had left for the day. During this time, my wife had been bitten at least 3 times and one of my kids. So we decided to leave and they said they would give us a complete refund. (Hope... read more

Terrible and unclean room. The room was filthy. Appliances were inoperable. There were multiple bags with someone’s personal belongings under the bed. The shower had pubic hairs in it. The sofa cushions were visibly dirty. Once I got in the room, some strange man attempted to enter the room with a key. He was not staff. He apologized for entering the room but did not give an explanation on how he got the dedicated room key.
