Dissatisfied Guest We arrived by 1pm, and check in was at 3pm, which was ok, however the front desk clerk did not attempt to accommodate us for early check in. Her words were "check in is at 3pm and we don't have any rooms ready". She did not attempt to look and see. It was her lack of customer services experience, as I will not stay here again. Also, the pictures are not what it is in person. There is no POOL!! Rooms needs to be updated and the sheets on the bedding had stains (blood stains).

Our room was dirty. The sheets were stained, the floor was sticky, there were 2 broken light fixtures and the stove was missing a knob.

I booked a room and as soon as I get there to check in I was notified there was no rooms available and they couldn’t help accommodate my stay

A Hot Mess! Staff was very nice HOWEVER this was a hot mess. I understand the property is short staff however that is a business problem. I can’t come in and come up short with my payment for the room so I expect full service. My room had no sheets or towels. The staff had no knowledge were anything was but he was very apologetic. The rooms were not cleaned so I couldn’t get another room. He eventually found some sheets that we had to put on the bed. Smh. I’m disappointed.

Crappy HOTEL It was horrible the room was not cleaned well at ALL! The floors had visible dirt on it there was hair in the shower and the room had a STRONG ORDER! I had to go to target for cleaning supplies and towels I completely cleaned the room and the floors my 3 day stay was not good
