Terrible and unclean room. The room was filthy. Appliances were inoperable. There were multiple bags with someone’s personal belongings under the bed. The shower had pubic hairs in it. The sofa cushions were visibly dirty. Once I got in the room, some strange man attempted to enter the room with a key. He was not staff. He apologized for entering the room but did not give an explanation on how he got the dedicated room key. Horrible Never was able to check in. Front desk advised they were sold out when we got there

The property was clean but so old and outdated that it appeared dirty and dingy. Front desk night staff was friendly but unfamiliar with the property and could not answer questions we had. Front desk during the day was much better. When we went to the lobby to check out, there was no one to be found. We yelled and banged on the desk to no avail. We started to call local police because it seemed the property was abandoned by the entire workforce, but after about 30 or 40 minutes, we just left the keys. There was only one hous... read more
