Housekeeping was a joke. One ice machine for the whole place. One of the elevators only works part of the time staff knows about this issue and says it would cost to much to fix. Overall bad experience

Hotel was dirty, elevators didn't always work and we were on the 4th floor. The smell of our room was horrible I had to go buy Glade to spray. The ice maker didn't work. I would not recommend this hotel, even for the price.

All the Amenities: Long Waits, Beer, & Underoos Check in took 25 minutes because the on site staff seemed to be more concerned about their shift change. Rad! Once we finally got in, we were welcomed by a cold, open can of beer on our night stand. How thoughtful of them, right?! Things got real crazy when we found a pair of someone’s underwear in the bathroom; a nice sexy pair of boxer briefs (unfortunately not my size, bummer!). 45 minute wait at checkin with a reservation made a month in advance for a king non-smoking room, we receive smoking as the non-smoking. no toilet paper in the bathroom when we got to the room, bought our own because they had none, ran out of eggs and sausage for breakfast on saturday, none on Sunday or Monday. Out of a 4 day stay. Management had 1 person to work front and breakfast, and management had an i don't care attitude. Will not stay again.

I asked for NoSmoken room and try Two so far and all full of smoke,
