This hotel is TERRIBLE!!!! When I first arrived and revived by key I unpacked everything from my car and carried it to my room, and the key wouldn’t even work! So I had to carry everything back to my car, go to the front desk, and the lady came out and tried to open the door—- she couldn’t get it open either. Finally just used her master key and it opened with that. So she told me I could just have the master key just not to go into any other room (kinda scary how many ppl they give that too). Nothing liked. Very disappointed with the breakfast. Got stomach issues.

Staff was very friendly, the stairway needs a good power washing, remote didn't work on tv,the area not open until 10

No one was at counter for check out. Waited 20 minutes for check out and I was the 2nd person on line. The room I checked in was not ready and had to be assigned another room.

The computers were down "again" and they were having to check by waking to see if rooms were available. Wrote my info down on paper. And the rooms keys didn't work and the locks had been opened with what appear to be something like a crowbar so it wouldn't sta locked. After 3rd room the ac feoze up and I LEDT in the middle of the night. Disappointing.

Everything in the room was worn and dirty. The room smelled like a wet dog. We staid 1 of the 3 night scheduled. Wouldn't have stayed the one night but we were a late arrival and weren't sure we could find another place.

The rioomwas supposed to be non smoking but it smelled like smoke and the shower drain was stopped up. I changed my method of payment when I checked in and they didn’t use the card I gave them they used my debit card I reserved the room on. Very frustrating
