Ms. April that checked us in was super-efficient and helpful. However, the room, even though it had been "refurbished" stunk like it had not been used in months and the overall feeling of the facility was that it had seen better days,

Large room. Could have been a lot cleaner. Someone had used the toilet but did not flush. Floor needed to be swept. Staff was very friendly.
