The service was good as well as the hotel. However, for the suites with the kitchen, no pots/pans, dishes, etc was an additional cost. Also additional towels/house keeping wasn’t provided.

I loved staying here! The room is a nice size for two and came with an almost full kitchen. The gym isn’t open at the moment but I still enjoyed my stay. There’s plenty nearby and not far to get here and there around Charlotte.
