I had some issues with my Expedia Reservation, and the Lady at customer Service, was phenomenal. She couldn't find the reservation, so she called the manager and they fixed it. Can't remeber her name but it started with La' 😊😊 Thank you once again.

Overall this is a great property at a great rate. The suites are large, clean, and comfortable. The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, a two-burner stove, and a microwave. However, I was a bit surprised to find that there were no dishes, cutlery, or cooking utensils included. Also not included was anything to make coffee in the morning - no coffee maker, not even a pot to boil water or a cup to drink out of. I found this to be incongruous with the otherwise great kitchenette.

We want guests to be able to choose only the amenities they want to use and we have found that many of our guests prefer to bring their own items, purchase at a local store, or find having kitchenware unnecessary. So they had a kitchen but with no pots, no silverware, no plates, no cups, no Iron board the room, no iron, not enough towels, you have to change your own sheets when there’s no housekeepers there it’s a lot
