The cleanliness was the best part of the property. I liked the key fob entry cards. I did not like the smell in the hotel rooms. The shower would not go hot, they didn’t replace ur linens

Nice and Pleasing Loved staying at WoodSpring Suites. I loved not having carpet in the room. It had a spa like aura to it , which made me feel very comfortable. You can't find many hotels that are pet friendly, this one was and the fee wasn't expensive. The staff was very nice and pleasing. I felt like we had been friends for a long time. I would, most definitely, recommend WoodSpring Suites. Unfortunate for myself though, I had planned on booking a three day stay around the Christmas holiday. Great rate for extended stay in Charlotte Well-priced extended stay hotel, however watch out for the little extra charges that will come your way when you check out, like $1 per day for linens - when they won't even change your sheets but once every two weeks - and if you want fresh towels - bring them to the front desk. Coffee in the lobby is good! Staff pleasant, as are many of the long term tenants that live there.Convenient location for Charlotte.

Many guests prefer to do their own laundry in our on-site laundry room, so we do not include fresh sheets and towels as part of our base rate and instead offer this service for a small fee. Darlene at the front desk made me feel right at home the moment I walked thru the door. This is an extended stay hotel without any extras. Clean, cheap and safe......that`s all I cared about.
