Hotel was fine, staff was kind and helpful. Lots of permanent residents stay here so expect to get random people knocking on your door at random times looking for others. Also I was charged twice for my room due to an error with the front desk agent trying to charge my for my pet fee and instead ended up double charging me for the room.

Just fine clean room overall

We did not appreciate having to show both of our drivers license. We also did not like all the people smoking right by the door.

The toliet had a crack in it n the shower head need changing

Liked accessible roll-in shower but had difficulty with height of bed. Had to go offsite and purchase bed pillows as ones in room were worn and poor quality.

Longest Check-in ever! Only one person working the whole property. Didn't know this was a long-stay hotel. Will not return.
