Great rate for extended stay in Charlotte Well-priced extended stay hotel, however watch out for the little extra charges that will come your way when you check out, like $1 per day for linens - when they won't even change your sheets but once every two weeks - and if you want fresh towels - bring them to the front desk. Coffee in the lobby is good! Staff pleasant, as are many of the long term tenants that live there.Convenient location for Charlotte.

Darlene at the front desk made me feel right at home the moment I walked thru the door. This is an extended stay hotel without any extras. Clean, cheap and safe......that`s all I cared about.

The building is new and it’s very clean. The staff was friendly too. I didn’t realize it was an extended stay hotel until I got here ( which is maybe my fault). It’s very loud. We were on the second floor and at 2 in the morning we could hear loud music and talking coming from outside. You can basically hear everything in the hallway too from your room. It’s definitely not your standard hotel. Not any amenities in the room either. I wouldn’t come for just one night again.
